Camping Ministries Maintenance Manager

Location: Canada (BCM Canada operates two camps, Mill Stream Bible Retreat Centre in Ontario and Mt. Traber Bible Camp and Retreat in Nova Scotia.)

In consultation with the Camp Director/Administrator, the Maintenance Manager will maintain general upkeep of grounds, buildings and equipment; supervise maintenance and housekeeping operations; and plan and oversee improvements on the camp property.

Requirements

In addition to the Requirements for Service, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a BCM missionary;
• Raise funds to support their ministry with BCM;
• Have a working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, vehicles, general construction techniques and equipment operation;
• Manifest strong organizational and interpersonal skills incorporating flexibility, innovation and adaptability;
• Have a current vulnerable sector check (Police Check).
