BCM offers training seminars for children's workers through our training program In Step With the Master Teacher. We are presently looking for individuals to train workers for children's ministries.

Requirements

In addition to the Requirements for Service, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a BCM missionary;
  • Raise funds to support their ministry with BCM;
  • Working knowledge of the Bible;
  • Ability to communicate the truths of Scripture to those you are teaching;
  • Willingness to work in a team with other trainers;
  • Experience in presenting seminars in an educational environment.
