Renewal of Leadership

Last month we celebrated the appointment of several new area leaders in BCM. I mentioned that the motivation of love enables servant-leaders to empower and affirm others in ministry. In Paul’s words above we see another facet of leadership, one that is proven only through time. It is faithfulness. I continue to be grateful both for God’s continuing renewal of servant leaders within BCM, and for each individual who has served faithfully year after year, in spite of great personal sacrifice. I praise God for each of them.
BCM’s ministry is currently organized into eight general geographic areas with a leader overseeing each area:
- Africa—John Peter
- Canada—Bill Ricketts
- Caribbean—Wali Ahmad
- Europe—Dale Sigafoos
- Latin America—Daniel Ortiz
- Russia/Ukraine—Sam Hanchett
- S. Asia—Susiri Layanage
- USA—Dan Schmidt
Dr. Dalavai and I work with each of these leaders to enable, empower, and affirm BCM ministry and missionaries in their areas. Each of them is proven faithful as they serve from day to day.
Pray for each of these Area Leaders, that they would be faithful in the charge given to them.
